5. Revision requests are included — submit them directly through your portal.

6. CareConnect Creative retains the right to use anonymized versions of delivered assets in our portfolio.

Full Setup

1. One-time setup fee of $1,500, then $500/month ongoing — billed on the same date each month.

2. Setup includes full configuration of all tools listed above, customized to your business.

3. Cancel the monthly subscription at any time — no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

4. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

5. All creative assets and content produced are yours to keep and use commercially.

6. You retain full ownership of your accounts, data, and contacts at all times.

7. CareConnect Creative retains the right to use anonymized versions of delivered assets in our portfolio.
